The hotel was located in a very quiet area, perfect for our needs. The rooms were smaller than expected and a bit stifling hot near the pool and on the first floor. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our business transactions. The dining experience was nice but ran out of coffee for some time. The facilities were adequate. However, the cold temperature was a drawback for us.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects to consider. The rooms were clean but had a slight musty smell and a persistent smoke odor despite being designated as non-smoking. On the bright side, the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and ideal for specific needs, yet some ongoing construction posed challenges. The dining experience was not the best due to rude management and a lack of cleanliness. However, the facilities were convenient for use.
